- 03Record which displays, alerts, calls, physical observations and owners are authoritative and how timestamps and stale state are exposed

- 01Introduce multiple missions, duplicate and late alerts, sensor disagreement, domain exit, lost communication and a report from someone near the field
- 02Test acknowledgement, prioritization, pause or stop authority, escalation, alternate communication, machine-local behavior and prohibited remote assumptions
- 03Walk through safe physical recovery only as a tabletop using current approved procedures; never approach, isolate, repair or restart live equipment
