- 02Measure travel performance over a representative course
- 03Collect output consistently and compare individual delivery points with the system result
Correct, confirm, and record
Calibration is complete only when the measured delivery is acceptable for the label-directed application and the setup can be repeated.
- 01Identify whether nozzle condition, pressure, speed, width, control settings, or another fault explains the difference
- 02Adjust only within label and manufacturer limits, then repeat the measurement
- 03Record the accepted configuration, date, operator, water test, and trigger for recalibration
