A photograph of damaged crops is not a notice of loss, and a notice is not a coverage decision. Coordination connects discovery and the policyholder's report to the exact policy, crop and unit, original evidence and safe access, provider acknowledgement, adjuster requests and inspections, authorized appraisals, harvest or disposition changes and retained communications.
