RMA's insurance-cycle page explains that production reporting feeds APH databases for applicable plans and must follow the relevant reporting basis. RMA plan information shows that plan structures differ; farm-specific calculations remain with the provider and policy.
Evidence remains policy-, crop-year-, county-, crop-, practice-, type-, unit-, acreage-, quantity-basis-, source- and reporting-date-specific. Raw yield-monitor data, tax records, buyer tickets and official weight certificates have different scopes and cannot be substituted silently.
